Learn to create balanced, satisfying vegetarian dishes bursting with flavor. In this hands-on class, our chef will discuss a variety of grains, proteins and seasonal produce to liven up your lunch or dinner routine. This is a great class whether you’ve gone vegetarian or just want to add healthier meals to your diet! In this workshop you’ll learn essential techniques including knife skills, culinary tricks and gain lots of knowledge while having fun. Recipes will be available to take home. Some of our menu items will include Pumpkin Coconut Curry, mushroom Ragù with creamy Polenta, Fall Wheat berry salad and more. BYO welcome.

What to expect:
When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable while we wait for other guests to arrive. Grab an apron, your name tag and pour yourself a glass of wine (if you brought a beverage). Our workshop will start shortly after 7 PM and please expect to be on your feet for the first hour. Our workshops are hands-on (unless otherwise noted) or guests are welcome to watch. Our goal is to get everyone seated before 8:30 PM to enjoy a generous plate of everything created. Workshops last between 2-2 1/2 hours. You’ll meet new people and leave inspired to create new dishes at home!
Things to know:
Our kitchen will open for guests at 6:50 PM (kindly no arrival before that time). Please inform us of any food allergies prior to registering. Menu items may change slightly due to freshness and availability. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment and a full refund will be provided. If you need to cancel, we can provide a credit towards a future class if you notify us at least 10 days prior to the class (unfortunately no refunds). Within 10 days of the event, we are unable to provide a credit towards another class, however you’re welcome to send someone in your place. Credit towards a future class is valid for 6 months from date of issue.
